As a result of the coronavirus all of our staff are working from home and have been set up with the technical facilities to enable this. We created Proxim after working for 30 years in the property management industry and knowing, from experience, that we can deliver a straightforward service that everyone expects for their

Proxim are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and, our team are either qualified with the RICS or working towards RICS qualifications.

The RICS standards are to ensure public and stakeholder trust in RICS accreditation. This accreditation means that when anyone employs an RICS professional, they are assured of quality. The RICS standard documents for accreditation lay out the ethical, conduct and competence related standards for the profession. 

Being an RICS-regulated firm that adheres to the client money rules of the RICS will give independent assurance and confidence that all client monies are well protected and safe.
