How and Where we Manage Properties
Proxim’s Property managers are locally based to the properties they manage enabling them to undertake regular inspections and to establish strong working relationships with residents and local contractors.
Our staff are qualified with the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM). The IRPM provide our staff with professional accreditations after completing a series of exams to demonstrate their knowledge of the rules and best practises for property management.
Property managers have access to administrative support based at our head office in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Proxim manage properties throughout England and Wales.
