New Development Team

Proxim has an expert team who deal with the handover of new properties into management. Our new development team ensure that management services are in place ready for residents to move in.

As part of our service we can:

  • Prepare residents handbooks in liaison with sales and marketing teams
  • Recruit, resource and train on-site staff
  • Prepare snagging reports of communal areas
  • Prepare asset lists
  • Source suppliers and maintenance contractors
  • Integrate the property management team with the development

After Sales Consumer Care

Proxim are experienced in managing defects and snagging of new houses and flats following occupation. We liaise between the resident and construction company/supplier to assess issues and act as coordinator to ensure matters are attended
to quickly.

As part of our service we can:

  • Manage and coordinate snagging and defects
  • Arrange access and attendance of contractors 
  • Track and keep records of dates of attendance and work carried out
  • Produce reports for developers on types and number of snags/defects, completed works, uncompleted/ongoing works and timetabled works
